Refund & Return Policy
Our refund policy allows customers to exchange or refund products in the following situations.
1. Customer Received Wrong Product
- If a wrong product is delivered, we will arrange a free pickup.
- Once the wrong item is received, we will dispatch the correct product or refund the amount within 7 working days.
- The product must be unused and packaging should not be damaged.
- The product must remain sealed in its original packaging.
- All documents such as purchase receipt, price tags, labels, warranty card, and accessories must be returned with the product.
2. Customer Received Damaged Product
- Customers can claim a refund if they receive damaged goods.
- A complete unboxing video proof is required to process the claim.
- The video must start before opening the courier package.
- If the video is recorded after opening the product, the claim may be rejected.
- For mobile phones, performance issues, refunds, replacements, or repairs will be decided by the after-sales department.
- Refund or replacement requests are only processed by the Vamfy support team, not at any physical store.
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, fabric products such as towels, pillows, and similar items cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
